Objective from Duos' system is to end the use of Lotus Notes. Chad asked about bulk oreders quarterly. Carrie asked about OCE & CRM integration. Alex asked about bulk ordering Also was mentioned that OCE has limits in sample ordering quantity. It was decided to have a good through date of the reps database. It's not a priority but it is something they will ask for in the near time. Adam mentioned they needed reports specifically showing all the products with min and max -Pablo said there is no problem for that. In Excel would be fine. Adam asked about bulk ordering (shipped out to all the reps) every couple of months or so whenever there are new products launched. There is a new product launched May 3rd -Pablo agreed. Meeting 4/28/21 (Notes):

Defined the rol of Duos' system. There were some questions about the constraints from the orders/reps but Adam will check on that. Guanjan will give us a flowchart and template of the files currently sent by Chad to the Teletarget system. Meeting 5/3/21 (Notes): Two meetings this day. First meeting was with the RxS group, Mark will send a flat file .txt so we know how do they need it. Duos basically will generate a text file and relay it to RxS. Second meeting was about the bulk order. Alex had a concern about deleting an order to a rep in LOA Meeting 5/6/21 (Notes): Erik Rodriguez from OCE will work on contract for license. DuoS will access database via API. Adam expressed the objective which is for Duos to pull down the info from OCE.
